As a regular player at GrandPrive.com's five leading casinos, you know that we send out regular promotions, updates, alerts, invitations, events and important banking information straight to your mailbox.

Internet service providers install powerful anti-spam filters to ensure that their customers only get the e-mails they want to receive. In the process, even legitimate mails can sometimes get blocked. This could lead to you not receiving important e-mails from the GrandPrive.com group of casinos and our entertainment partners.
What you can do to ensure that you receive our mailers:
a) Follow the simple instructions for each service provider (listed below) and add
us to your safe list.
b) Contact our support team to ensure that you are subscribed to receive our emails.
c) Make sure your complete address is updated:
Please select your favourite Email account provider below and add us to the safe-senders list. P.S. Make sure it's the same email address you used when registering your casino account - if not, phone support to update your details NOW!

1. Sign in to your Windows Live Mail account
2. Click on the ‘Options’ tab to open the drop down menu.
3. Click on the ‘More Options’ tab
4. Click on the ‘Allowed and blocked senders’ link
5. Choose ‘Allowed mailing lists’ option
Paste or type GrandPrive.com's email address, casino@betgrandprive.com into the ‘To address for the mailing list' text field. Then simply click the 'Add to list' tab.
You have successfully added GrandPrive.com Casinos to your 'Safe List'!

1. Sign in to your Hotmail account and go directly to your 'Junk e-mail'.
2. To open your Contacts list, click the 'Contacts' tab:
3. Click on the 'Safe List' tab to open your Safe List:
4. Paste or type the GrandPrive.com Casinos email address, casino@betgrandprive.com, into the 'Type and address or domain' text field. Then simply click the 'Add' tab.
5. You have successfully added GrandPrive.com to your 'Safe List'!

1. Sign in to your MSN account and go directly to your 'Junk e-mail'.
2. Click the 'Junk Email' tab in the lower left corner of your Junk e-mail screen.
This action will open the Junk e-mail Guard settings window:
3. Click the 'Safe List' link to add a new contact to your Safe List:
4. Paste or type GrandPrive.com's email address, casino@betgrandprive.com, into the box and click the 'Add' tab adjacent to the field. Complete this task by clicking the 'Save Changes' button.
5. You have successfully added GrandPrive.com to your 'Safe List'!

4. Pop up window will appear. Paste or type casino@betgrandprive.com and casino@betgrandprive.com as shown in the picture below. Complete this section by clicking the 'Save' button
5. You have successfully added GrandPrive.com Casinos to your 'Safe List'!

1. Sign into your Earthlink email account.
2. To open your Address Book, simply click on the 'Address Book' link:
3. To open the Companies section of the address book simply, click on the 'Companies Domains' tab:
4. Then click on the 'Add' tab. This action will open the 'Add A Company Domain Name' form:
5. Type casino@betgrandprive.com the text field provided. Then click the 'Allow This Company (Domain)' tab.
You have successfully added Grand Prive Casinos to your 'Safe List'!

1. Open your Wanadoo mailbox.
2. . Double-click on the GrandPrive.com Casinos message to open it in a separate window.
3. Click with the right mouse button on the GrandPrive.com address that you want to store, casino@betgrandprive.com in this case.
4. Then in the menu: Click on "Add to Address Book."
5. You have successfully added GrandPrive.com to your 'Contact List'!

1. From Inbox, click "Actions", then click "Junk E-mail", and click "Junk E-mail Options".
2. Click "Safe Senders" tab.
3. Enter GrandPrive.com's email address, casino@betgrandprive.com into the block area and click "OK". Click "Apply" then "OK" in the "Safe Senders" tab.
